Weeks 0–1 · ENTRY
Profile + Wizard + Registration
Pastor takes the 6-dimension profile, runs the Wizard. Blueprint generated. Church registers and pays the $200 one-off.
Weeks 1–6 · DEPLOYMENT
Setup, domain, training, launch
Pastoral verification call. Blueprint sign-off. Guild matches drafted. MCI Core spun up. Training cohort begins. Launch day.
Months 1–6 · ACTIVE SUPPORT WINDOW
Six months walking together
Cadence tapers — weekly weeks 1–4, biweekly weeks 5–12, monthly months 4–6. Health reviews at Day 30, 60, 90, 120, 180. Mid-window refresh training at Month 3.
Month 6 · HANDOVER
